About Me

Hi, I’m Kristi Baxter—coach, mindset master, change partner, advisor, mom, spouse, and friend.

Growing up in a family business taught me firsthand the challenges, nuances and intricacies of leadership and service. These early lessons were complemented by an MBA and a career in marketing and brand management at powerhouse organizations like The Walt Disney Company and Coca-Cola.

But my true calling? Coaching.

My journey into coaching began through executive recruiting, where I discovered the profound connection between people and business. Eventually, I made a bold career pivot to coaching, a move that came with its own set of challenges. Stepping into the uncomfortable forced me to grow and evolve in ways I never anticipated.

Along the way, I’ve:

• Raised children (a deeply humbling and growth-filled experience).

• Faced a health crisis that reshaped my perspective and priorities.
