The Executive Coach High-Achieving Women Call When Leadership Starts to Feel Heavy

I help ambitious women quiet the voice that says they’re not enough, reclaim every damn bit of their brilliance, and lead from the most authentic version of themselves.

Meet Kristi Baxter, Leadership & Executive Coach Helping Women Unlock Their Brilliance

I’m Kristi, the executive coach high-achieving women turn to when success on the outside doesn’t match how they feel on the inside.

I’m the secret weapon behind powerhouse leaders who are done proving, perfecting, and performing — and ready to reclaim a version of success that actually feels good.

As an executive coach for women, I help clients shift from “What do they think of me?” to “What do I think of me?” — so you can lead with ease, own your brilliance without apology, and finally feel at home in your own success.

I help you quiet your critic, own every damn bit of your brilliance, and lead with unshakable clarity and conviction—so you stop second-guessing and start showing up as the woman you already are.

I coach at the intersection of inner freedom, emotional intelligence, pattern rewiring, and high-level leadership — bringing you back to the version of yourself you were before the pressure to prove, perfect, or perform took over.

My work reconnects you to the truth you’ve always known, and helps you trust it deeply enough to lead from it.

Why I can relate: My journey in a nutshell

I work with high-performing women who’ve mastered success on paper — yet are tired of feeling like they have to keep proving they deserve it.

Through my work with leaders, I’ve seen what leadership really demands — decision-making under pressure, constant stretch, and the mental weight that rarely gets named. On paper, everything looks strong. Internally, many are still carrying relentless pressure and self-doubt.

Those patterns became the foundation of my work as a leadership coach. Not because they’re rare, but because they’re incredibly common among women who’ve learned how to succeed by performing.

My work sits at the intersection of deep identity work, emotional precision, and unapologetic leadership. Through pattern rewiring, inner realignment, and radical self-honoring, I help women return to clarity, certainty, and voice — and lead with conviction instead of performance.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Minimalist Journal Setup
Cozy Workspace Setup

This isn’t leadership coaching as usual.

You’ve already done everything “right.”

You’ve worked hard, climbed fast, earned respect.

You’ve mastered success.

But you haven’t yet mastered freedom from the inner noise that comes with that success.

Instead of feeling fulfilled, you feel like you’re running on autopilot.

Even with all the success, there’s still that quiet undercurrent: the constant analyzing, over-preparing, replaying, performing.

You walk into the room knowing you belong there, yet something inside you still whispers, “Don’t mess this up.”

That’s where I come in.

Where most executive coaches for women focus on performance and behavior, my lens goes deeper:

“You can’t lead powerfully if you don’t own who you are.”

I don’t teach leadership as a set of tactics. I help women become the kind of leader whose presence is unshakable, whose voice is undeniable, and whose power — inside and out — is unfakeable.

This is for female leaders like you who want to take your leadership to the next level by unlearning what made you question yourself. Deep down, you want to lead with the inner confidence and clarity that comes from trusting yourself.

We dismantle the inner critic, reclaim your brilliance, and awaken your full authority: your voice, your agency, your power so that you can lead with ease, unapologetically own your brilliance, and finally feel at home in your success.

This isn’t about learning to “act” confident.
It’s about becoming a woman who no longer needs to.

Your 3-Step Path to Transformation

What it looks like when you finally decide to invest in yourself and lead with confidence.

1

Get clear on what’s really going on

We start by identifying the patterns that keep you overthinking, over-preparing, and over-delivering. You’ll see how those habits have been running the show — and what it looks like to finally take the lead again.

2

Tame your inner critic + rebuild real confidence

This is where you untangle protective patterns, trust your own judgment, and stop outsourcing your confidence to other people’s opinions. You’ll learn to anchor into your voice instead of everyone else’s.

3

Strengthen your presence so leadership feels lighter

We focus on helping you stay steady, grounded, and clear—so you can speak up without second-guessing, walk into any room with composure, and move through your days with far less mental noise and pressure.

“I've had the pleasure of working with Kristi for some time now, and the impact she’s had on my personal and professional growth has been incredible.

Through her coaching, I’ve gained real confidence—not just in myself, but in my ability to lead and make decisions with clarity.

If you’re looking for a coach who’s thoughtful, empowering, and truly invested in your growth, I can’t recommend Kristi enough.”

Behind the Scenes: The Real Me

Executive coaching for women isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.

I’ve lived a life shaped by high expectations — the steady pressure to keep going, a persistent inner critic, and the quiet weight of carrying more than my share for a long time.

I know what it feels like to hit the goal but still hear that voice whisper, “It’s not enough.”
That’s why I don’t teach theory — I teach what I’ve lived and practiced myself.

If you’re looking for a sugar-coated pep talk, I’m probably not your coach.

But if you’re ready for honest (sometimes provocative) conversations, meaningful accountability, and the occasional F-bomb—with some fun along the way—we’ll get along just fine.

A Few Things That Make Me, Me

Grounded Achiever:

I’ve done the work of releasing the need to push and prove in order to feel worthy. I still care deeply about excellence and impact, but I lead from self-trust instead of self-doubt and from flow instead of force. I was never meant to prove my worth — only to embody it.

My Favorite Kind of Work:
The messy, honest kind — where women stop pretending and start coming home to themselves.

Currently Into:
Long walks with my dogs, bold conversations, and playlists that make me feel like I can take on the world.

Quote I Live By:
“Words create worlds.” Because the ones you repeat shape everything — and I’m here to help you rewrite them.

A Little Fun — This or That

  • Beach walks or mountain hikes? Beach, always.

  • Morning person or night owl? Morning, with strong coffee.

  • Favorite sound? The combo of ocean waves kissing the shore + the quiet in my head after I shush my inner critic.

  • F-bombs or affirmations? Both. Depends on the day.
