Core Values

Understanding and honoring your core values is essential for self-leadership. When your values are respected, you feel energized, engaged, and confident. Conversely, when they're overlooked, you may feel irritated or out of sorts. Take time to identify your personal core values and assess how they align with your life and work. If they're not being honored, initiate a conversation with your team or boss about how to integrate and respect each other's values. By recognizing and embracing the value of values, you can foster a more harmonious and fulfilling environment.
