Better me, better we

We've all heard "there's no I in team," but remember that a strong team is made up of strong individuals. I like to say, "Better Me, Better We." Your ability to lead others is directly tied to how well you lead yourself. If you're operating at a five, you can't lead a team to an eight. Start with self-awareness—ask for feedback and reflect on it. Whether through personal reflection or engaging a coach, do the work to up-level yourself. Your growth as a leader will empower your team to thrive.
